MELLISA LITTLE KITCHEN - TAUHU GORENG MASAK SAMBAL

Assalammualaikum everyone ,

Harini day 15 of RMO or PKP. How was ur day today ? Mell scroll2 ig story , whatsapp story and FB story fuhh smue hidden talent keluar .

Neither do me ... 

Haha on Sept 2019 Mell start move from Selangor to Johor and learn how to live independently . Cuba bayangkan 25 tahun hidup tak pernah berjauhan dari family

Butt..... I know how to do house chores except cooking ..

So after moving out I need to cook .. Asyik makan kedai je bosan jugak kan ?



Here Mell nak share simple resepi for a newbie like me . Dont set in your mind set cooking is hard . Just set in your mind cooking is campak2.



So here the ingredients . Kenal tak ingredient semua ni ? Ok mungkin bagi mak2 kita atau pun for expert it would be more than this .

First of all, Tauhu , Bawang merah 2 biji , bawang putih 2 ulas , bawang besar sebiji and cili kering dah siap blend.

Ofcoz juga de basic thing in cooking such as salt and sugar secukup rasa and I added chili sauce as well.

Ok since Im working so mmg Mell akan blend sesiap cili kering banyak2 and keep it refrigerated .



Second I will cut the Bawang besar or Onion (lewls in case you dont know since you're a lot of mix) into slices . then bawang merah and bawang putih Sis prepfer tumbuk instead of blend . Sbb malas nk basuh blender , cucuk plug and so on haha . 

One more thing yes Mell just blend cili kering just like that sbb tu Mell tumbuk bawang pulak . Maybe its how my mum do at home .


Next of course la kene masukkan minyak kan ?? takde minyak how to cook ? bende basik je zis haha .. Kidding .. Boring kan stay at home during RMO padahal I Work From Home je ..
Lepas minyak dah panas so first of All Mell goreng tauhu dulu sebab xnk bazir kan after that minyak can use for tumis sambal pulakkan .




Dah siap goreng Tauhu tu barula start menumis . Ap jangan besar nnt hangus . Alhamdulillah selama jadi beginner tak pernah pula facing situation cam dalam drama dapur terbakar all that cume hangit sikit je but xkan dah start bau hangit biarkan of coz we cepat2 matikan api so no dapur terbakar over naw. 

Ok back to the step tumis bawang putih and bawang merah yang kita tumbuk sampai naik bau . Then barula masukkan cili kering yang dah di blend sampai pecah minyak or for beginner sampai nmpak bubble mcm volcano ok ?? 😝. Jangan lupa garam and gula secukup rasa . But Mell extra added sos cili . Actually kedai dah jual cili blend siap but I dont like it dont taste good .





Agak2 tauhu kita dah kacau rata dengan sambal last bolehla masuk bawang besar yang dah potong2 tadi . Make sure sebelum masuk tauhu tu make sure sambal dah masak lama minyak dah pecah macam volcano baru masukkan cili ye kawan2 . 



Finally its ready to serve ... Senang tak ? betul x cakap Mell mcm campak2 je .. Plus pakai bahan yang easy je yang always must have dekat rumah .. So tak payah pening2.
